The parking department handles appeals of parking tickets and answers questions for residents and motorists regarding parking rules and regulations. While the department does assist with resident parking permit issues, the resident parking program is overseen and administered by the Treasurer/Collector's Office.
Enforcement of parking regulations on town streets and lots is handled by the Winthrop Police Department and is not overseen by the parking department.
